Job summary

RG Setsquare Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a 10-week temporary assignment in Cowes. The role focuses on managing reactive and planned maintenance contracts, ensuring safety, RAMS compliance, and effective contractor coordination. Local candidates preferred for site presence.

Qualifications

• CDM 2015 duties and site management responsibilities.

RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.

Rate: £300-£350/day

Duration: 10 weeks temp (could extend)

Minimum requirements

• Understanding of CDM 2015 duties and site management responsibilities.
• Ability to carry out toolbox talks on a weekly basis
• Ability to carry out on site inductions
• Ability to review and understand RAMS and identify when work is deviating from them.
• Knowledge of the site's permit-to-work system.
• Understanding of contractor control and monitoring requirements.
• Ability to carry out site inspections and intervene if unsafe acts or conditions are observed.
• Understanding of emergency arrangements and site-specific hazards.
• Good communication and coordination skills between operations and the contractor.Desirable competencies
