RTL Group Ltd in Norwich is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a roofing repairs contract at a hotel. You will coordinate day-to-day site operations, scaffold erection and supervise roofing contractors to deliver quality work on schedule.

The role requires strong health and safety leadership, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to start immediately on an ongoing contract. SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid certificates preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on roofing or roof repairs projects.
• Strong understanding of scaffold erection and safety requirements.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates preferred.
• Excellent organisational, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to start immediately.

Responsabilidades

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a roof repairs contract at a hotel in Norwich. This is an immediate start opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in roofing works, scaffold erection and site management.
