Job summary

McGinley Support Services is seeking a Site Manager for a small Retail fit-out project in Penzance. You will oversee the site as No.1, coordinating safety, inductions and toolbox talks to keep works on schedule.

Experience delivering large fit-out projects is preferred. CSCS Card, First Aid at Work and SMSTS are essential, with daily reporting to the Project Lead. On-site role offered on a short-term basis with CIS daily rate up to £260.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS are required.
• Experience as on-site No.1 Site Manager on retail fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage Health & Safety on site and lead daily inductions and toolbox talks.

Site Manager (Live Retail Fit-Out) - Penzance, TR18 - 1 Week - Up to £260 Per Day (CIS)

Site Manager.Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a small Retail fit-out project in Penzance; managing a minor store refurbishment and external scaffolding works.

Working as a No.1 Site Manager on site, you must have experience of running sites as an on-site Manager as a No.1, with previous experience of delivering large fit-out projects in your RECENT work history, reporting to a site-based Project Lead, who is working Days.With experience of site of working for the Main/Principle Contractor, dealing directly with the end user/client, and undertaking all daily tasks including, but not restricted to, managing Health & Safety on site, delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring site is running to programme and dealing with any problems as they arise on site.

As well as having the above experience, you must also hold CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, & SMSTS.Any further qualifications would be beneficial.
