Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager / Field Operations Officer to oversee daily site operations, ensure safety, and maintain equipment performance. This role involves travel between the Alloa office and UK sites, with occasional overnight stays, and a 37.5-hour week.

You will coordinate access, monitor site conditions, and supervise work to ensure high standards and accurate records. A HND or equivalent qualification, plus familiarity with Windows IT tools, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within facilities management or industrial maintenance.
• Background in using light-duty power tools and hand tools for minor maintenance.
• Strong time management and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site access and deliver toolbox talks where required.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Carry out routine site inspections and record site conditions.
• Monitor site status and highlight operational issues.
• Supervise works on site and report completed and planned activities.
