Job summary

RE:GEN Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead social housing construction projects across the UK. You will ensure safe, compliant delivery on time and to budget, manage site teams and subcontractors, and uphold high standards of health, safety and quality.

You will collaborate with clients, residents and authorities, drive continuous improvement and mentor junior site staff, in a culture that values initiative and responsible, community-focused regeneration.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification is essential.
• CSCS Manager Card.
• First Aid at Work.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of sites and social housing projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery.
• Lead, coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning conditions.
• Monitor site safety, quality, productivity and progress; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site records, inspections, permits, audits and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, residents and authorities to support delivery.
• Provide progress updates and resource information to Project Manager and commercial team.
