Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Site Manager to oversee refurbishment and new build projects valued from £1 million to £3 million. You will be responsible for delivering to programme and maintaining quality and safety.

The role requires a contractor background, client-facing experience, and proven leadership with excellent on-site coordination across trades. You will lead site teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with regulations and budget.

Responsibilities

• Program and monitor progress to ensure delivery to schedule and budget.
• Manage site inductions, method statements, risk assessments and permits to work.
• Coordinate logistics, plant and labour resources; run on-site meetings with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high safety standards.
