Job summary

Connolly Ltd is a growing refurbishment contractor actively delivering social housing projects in Oldham, Manchester and surrounding areas. The role focuses on refurbishment works in occupied homes, including kitchen and bathroom replacements and internal improvements that directly impact residents and communities.

As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring safety, programme adherence and budget alignment while maintaining high-quality standards and strong resident

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or construction.
• Experience delivering projects in occupied environments is desirable.
• Understanding of Social Housing and resident-focused delivery.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• SMSTS qualification.
• First Aid at Work.
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Managing refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Monitoring programme performance and project progress.
• Managing quality inspections and compliance documentation.
• Working alongside Commercial teams to manage costs and budgets.
• Maintaining site records, inductions and health & safety standards.
• Ensuring operatives have the materials, equipment and support they need.
• Building positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site environment.
