Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead reinforced concrete frame, basement and groundworks projects in Portsmouth and the South of England. You will drive delivery from mobilisation through to completion, coordinating subcontractors and site teams while upholding safety, quality and schedule commitments.

You will manage on-site activities, liaise with project teams, and foster strong client relations while supporting ongoing career development within the growing

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in reinforced concrete frame and groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of basement and concrete frame construction.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Excellent health & safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, labour and site teams
• Managing reinforced concrete frame, basement and groundworks activities
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship

Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established and highly respected groundworks, basement and reinforced concrete frame contractor, delivering some of the South of England's most prestigious and technically challenging construction projects.

The Role

Working closely with the project and senior management teams, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of reinforced concrete frame, basement and groundworks projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

You will be responsible for:

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in groundworks, basements and reinforced concrete frame construction.

You will ideally have:

• Proven Site Management experience within reinforced concrete frame / groundworks
• Strong knowledge of basement and concrete frame construction
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery
• The ambition to develop and progress within a growing business
