Job summary

Ionic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 5-month contract in Preston, overseeing a new build warehouse and fit-out project.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and safety, and maintain records to ensure quality and programme delivery. Essential requirements include First Aid at Work and prior site management on new build commercial or industrial schemes; fit-out experience is preferred.
