Job summary

Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month contract to oversee a new-build industrial warehouse facility. The candidate must have proven industrial/commercial construction leadership, with specific steel frame warehouse experience from groundworks to handover.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing site safety, quality, and programme progress, and maintaining comprehensive site records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering steel frame warehouse/industrial unit developments.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme and manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
