Job summary

Bimplus in Preston is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to report to the Project Manager and oversee site activities, health & safety compliance, and progress monitoring on commercial projects.

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal certificates and at least 4+ years in site management, plus a UK driving licence. The position offers a day rate up to £280 and long-term work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in commercial settings (offices, schools, universities).
• Minimum of 4+ years in a Site Manager position.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
