Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on-site, focusing on large diesel generator installations for hyperscale projects. You will lead Rehlko and subcontractor teams, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or industrial M&E environments.
• SMSTS certification (essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-facing approach.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Good IT proficiency, including ERP and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, on programme and within budget.
• Lead and manage Rehlko (WBPS) personnel and subcontractor teams on site.
• Act as the primary Health & Safety authority, enforcing safe systems of work and company procedures.
• Prepare and approve RAMS, review and sign off subcontractor RAMS, manage Permits to Work.
• Attend head office meetings in Derbyshire for project handovers and team briefings.
• Carry out pre-start inspections and post-completion checks to ensure quality standards.
