Job summary

Linsco Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a modular install project in Lowestoft. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate trades and supervise subcontractors to keep works on schedule.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certification, with proven site management experience. Strong health and safety knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to start immediately are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card or equivalent is essential.
• First Aid certificate is essential.
• SMSTS certification is essential.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on busy construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Full PPE is required.
• Immediate availability to start.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the install
• Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
• Coordinating trades and managing site activities
• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress
• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met
