Job summary

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a modular install project in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

You will coordinate trades, carry out site inspections, maintain records, and report progress to the Project Manager. Essential qualifications include CSCS card, First Aid, and SMSTS with proven site management experience.

• Managing the day:to:day operations of the install
• Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
• Coordinating trades and managing site activities
• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress
• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met

Requirements

• Valid Black OR white CSCS Card : essential
• Valid First Aid certificate : essential
• Valid SMSTS : essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
• Previous experience working on busy construction sites
• Full PPE
• Ability to start immediately
