Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a permanent role based in Stroud to lead high-end residential and listed buildings projects.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors, coordinate with project managers and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with heritage conservation requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong organisational skills and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-end residential and listed buildings.
• Strong knowledge of safety, RAMS and site procedures.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants and trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on high-end residential and listed building projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and site personnel to maintain programme and quality.
• Liaise with Project Managers, architects and clients to deliver project requirements.
• Ensure works comply with conservation requirements and regulations.
• Plan site logistics and sequencing in urban/occupied environments.
• Maintain accurate site records and quality documentation.
