Job summary

Tradeline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-spec residential and heritage project in Rutland. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain quality and safety while delivering to programme.

Experience with Grade II listed refurbishment and luxury residential schemes is highly valued, along with a strong trade background, excellent organisation and clear communication with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction.
• Experience delivering high-spec / luxury residential projects.
• Heritage, conservation or listed-building experience.
• Main Contractor experience.
• Trade background or strong practical construction knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors efficiently.
• Site management qualifications, including SMSTS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities from mobilisation to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Manage programmes, sequencing and short-term planning.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical/construction issues with design/project teams.
• Handle site documentation, inspections and quality control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
