Page Personnel is seeking a Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment and planned works across a Yorkshire operation. You will lead subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong organisational skills, extensive H&S knowledge, and proven leadership of site teams. A full UK driving licence, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential, with excellent communication to stakeholders and residents.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage refurbishment/maintenance projects in social housing or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership and coordination of subcontractors and direct labour.
• Solid understanding of H&S compliance and quality standards.

• Manage social housing planned works and refurbishment programmes.
• Lead subcontractors, direct labour and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Ensure works are delivered on programme, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate materials, resources and site logistics.
• Monitor project performance against milestones and KPIs.
• Build relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across all projects.
