Job summary

This role requires CSCs and SMSTS (preferred) with a UK driving licence and NVQ6 in Construction Management or equivalent. Travel across sites and occasional off-site meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience within the house building industry is essential.
• Current CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) required.
• SMSTS knowledge is preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a construction site, ensuring on-time completion, to specification and safety regulations, while meeting budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure all quality and safety inspections comply with group guidelines.
• Coordinate with external third-parties (warranty provider, local authorities, utilities) to meet build programme.
• Maintain records including inductions, Health and Safety, timesheets, incident reports and quality checklists.
• Call off and store materials in line with group guidelines.
• Direct and supervise workforce and subcontractors to meet timelines and quality within budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to address issues and update plot progress.
• Ensure site workforce and visitors comply with Health, Safety and Environment policy.
