Job summary

Mackenzie Construction is seeking a Site Manager to lead Midlands-based structural refurbishment projects, ensuring safe delivery, timeline achievement, and budget adherence across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate resources, supervise labor and subcontractors, and maintain quality standards while upholding company safety procedures. Flexibility for travel/work weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of safely delivering projects.
• Experience with Civil/Structural refurbishment and water assets.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage labor and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of site safety requirements and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites and coordinate resources.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Maintain safety, quality inspections and paperwork.
• Liaise with Project Manager and Site Agent.
• Oversee RAMS and site forms.
