Job summary

McLaughlin and Harvey is seeking a Site Manager to lead delivery of high value projects across varied sectors in the UK. You will drive safety, quality and on-time performance, coordinating specialist subcontractors and liaising with clients and design teams.

You will manage programmes, control budgets, issue permits, and ensure CDM compliance while maintaining a collaborative, supportive team environment with clear development pathways.

Qualifications

• CSCS/CSR card required.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors to programme and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high value medium to large scale projects to budget and programme.
• Manage sub-contractors, project scope and paper contracts.
• Issue permits, coordinate material orders and liaise with the PQS.
• Coordinate utilities works and highway/road opening permit applications.
• Oversee quality via ITPs, NCRs, snagging and close out.
• Ensure health and safety compliance under CDM and site practices.
