You will manage procurement, lead subcontractor selection, monitor cost/value, and ensure NEC contracts and CDM regulations are followed. CSCS card and SMSTS are required. Join a collaborative, growth-focused firm with a strong track record.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in construction.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and tender strategy.
• Lead subcontractor procurement and appoint on time.
• Regularly review budget, cost/value and NEC contracts.
• Guide PQS, develop construction programmes, and manage information releases.
• Ensure CDM compliance and on-site safety coordination.
