Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial construction project in the Ramsgate area. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, and ensure delivery to time, cost and quality targets.

You will lead safety adherence, maintain RAMS and progress reports, run site meetings with clients and consultants, and drive high standards of workmanship and site presentation. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
