• Experience overseeing cladding packages is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cladding package and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Manage and monitor snagging and outstanding works through to completion.
• Carry out site inductions and ensure all site personnel are compliant with site requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the works.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve issues on site efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records and relevant documentation.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established project team on an industrial development in Fareham. This is an immediate-start opportunity with long-term work available for the right candidate.

The successful Site Manager will take responsibility for overseeing the cladding package through to completion, whilst ensuring the site is run safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
