Qualifications

• Previous experience as Site Manager on industrial/commercial projects.
• Experience overseeing cladding packages is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality procedures.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive works forward.
• A start date of immediate is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cladding package and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Manage and monitor snagging and outstanding works through to completion.
• Carry out site inductions and ensure all site personnel are compliant with site requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the works.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve issues on site efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records and relevant documentation.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
