Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialist façade, cladding and external envelope packages on major construction projects in London. You will ensure delivery safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Based in a growing pipeline of work, this role offers excellent career progression and the opportunity to play a key role in a specialist contracting business. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cladding or external envelope systems.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver façade packages from pre-start through to completion.
• Site coordination and oversight of on-site activities.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure alignment.
• Manage subcontractors and QA processes.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across projects.
• Provide progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve project outcomes.
