Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a long-term residential housing project in London.

You will be responsible for managing internal works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard across the development. The role offers a long-term freelance opportunity with an established contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong residential / housing background.
• Experience managing internals and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of new-build residential construction.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to commit to a long-term freelance position.

Responsibilities
