Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the housing phase of a large residential development in the Cheltenham area. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour on a live project.

The role requires proven site management experience on traditional housing developments, solid knowledge of NHBC standards, and qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS. A full UK driving licence is essential.
