Job summary

STAFFPOWER GROUP is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee new build residential and commercial projects in London and surrounding areas. You will lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety, timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality across all stages.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read drawings, and a solid grasp of building regulations and H&S. A full driving licence is essential and a CSCS card is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S legislation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• First Aid at Work certification is preferred.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Manager to oversee new build residential/commercial projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
