Job summary

Orchard Recruitment Solutions LTD seeks an experienced Site Manager for a high-volume new build residential development in Ingoldmells. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and external partners, and ensure delivery to client standards.

The role requires a proven track record in managing construction programmes, strong commercial awareness, and full UK driving licence. A competitive package and company car/allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on high volume new build housing developments.
• Experience of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
• Familiar with NHBC guidelines and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the development to deliver the build programme within budgets and forecasts to meet client standards.
• Owns site staff and sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Liaison with head office, NHBC and local authority departments.
