Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme, safely and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with commercial, technical and customer care teams, maintain site records and promote high standards across the development, including NHBC and Building Regulations compliance.

About the Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The role will involve coordinating subcontractors, monitoring build progress, managing inspections and ensuring all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and company procedures.
