The People Pod is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to drive day-to-day site delivery on a major high-rise residential scheme in Luton. You will lead site operations, coordinate Site Managers and subcontractors, and ensure programme, quality, safety, and delivery across façade/envelope and internal works.

We require proven leadership in high-rise residential projects, a solid grasp of envelope and internal works, and strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Senior Site Manager experience on high-rise residential/HRB schemes.
• Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages and internal works.
• Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread.
• Strong leadership with hands-on site delivery; SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

High-Rise Residential & Complex Envelope Delivery

Luton | up to £70,000

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both façade/envelope and internal works.

What we're looking for

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential / HRB schemes.
• Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages AND internal construction works.
• Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to site delivery.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
