Site Manager - High-End Residential Construction

Overview

Experienced Site Manager required to lead delivery of luxury residential projects from groundworks to handover, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, labour, and subcontractors.
  • Deliver high-end residential projects on time, on budget, and to exacting standards.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and design intent with precision.
  • Coordinate trades, procurement, logistics, and sequencing of works.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (SMSTS, H&S plans).
  • Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and programme monitoring.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, architects, designers, and consultants.
  • Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, detail, and finish quality.
  • Manage snagging, commissioning, and final handover processes.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential, bespoke, or prime refurbishment projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Commercial awareness – ability to manage budgets and programmes.
  • Proficient in MS Project (or equivalent) and standard site reporting tools.
  • Commitment to delivering excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • SMSTS and First Aid at Work (essential).
  • CSCS card (Black/Gold).
  • Trade or construction-related qualification (HNC/HND/NVQ Level 6+ desirable).
