Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start on a long-term housing project in Nottingham. You will oversee a large-scale new build, coordinating site activities and ensuring safety and procedure compliance on a busy site.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work and an in-date SMSTS, with prior experience managing housebuilding schemes and strong communication skills. Salary £280–£300/day, temporary contract. Nottingham location.

Site Manager required in Nottingham – Long term ongoing project

MadiganGill are currently looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

General duties will include but are not limited to:

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
• On site co-ordination of labour
• Ensuring company procedures are followed.This is a long term ongoing position.

As a Site Manager you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid First aid at work

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes
• Strong communication skills
