Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start in Coventry to supervise a medium-scale new build housing project on behalf of the Principal Contractor. You will coordinate site activities, uphold safety standards and ensure company procedures are followed on site.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work, and an in-date SMSTS, with proven site management experience on housing schemes and strong communication skills. Equality of opportunity is observed.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a medium scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

General duties will include but are not limited to:

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
• On site co-ordination of labour
• Ensuring company procedures are followed.This position is scheduled to run for 2 months minimum.

As a Site Manager you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid First aid at work
• In date SMSTS
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes
• Strong communication skills
