Key requirements include a valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work, in-date SMSTS, and proven experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes. Strong communication skills are essential.

MadiganGill are currently looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

General duties will include but are not limited to:

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
• On site co-ordination of labour
• Ensuring company procedures are followed.

This is a long term ongoing position.

As a Site Manager you must have:
