Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham on a large scale housing project, reporting to the Principal Contractor.

Candidates must have strong housebuilding experience, a valid CSCS card, first aid at work, SMSTS, and proven on-site management of labour and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes.
• Valid CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and in-date SMSTS are required.
• Strong communication and leadership to coordinate on-site labour and safety.

Responsibilities

• General site management to coordinate and oversee health & safety.
• On-site coordination of labour.
• Ensure company procedures are followed.
• Liaise with Principal Contractor and subcontractors.

Site Manager required in Nottingham – Long term ongoing project

MadiganGill are currently looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

General duties will include but are not limited to:

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
• On site co-ordination of labour
• Ensuring company procedures are followed.This is a long term ongoing position.

As a Site Manager you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid First aid at work
• In date SMSTS
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes
• Strong communication skills
