You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors to programme, maintain high H&S standards and coordinate works in roof spaces and void areas. The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work, with strong health and safety awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing similar new build housing projects (desirable)
