Job summary

Pro Staff Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing refurbishment project in Bath. You will work on site alongside an existing Site Manager, focusing on client liaison and delivering the client's requirements.

This role involves monitoring progress, updating programmes, producing site reports, and ensuring works run to programme. The ideal candidate holds CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification required.
• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Asbestos Awareness knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for the end client.
• Keeping on top of regular site reports and project updates.
• Monitoring and updating programmes.
• Supporting the existing Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
• Ensuring works are progressing in line with programme and client expectations.
