Network Plus is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Operational Teams in delivering the ENW Excavate and Lay contract in the North West. You will supervise teams from handover to completion, focusing on HSEQ performance, programme delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.

The role is based in Preston (Redscar) with a competitive salary and benefits package. Required qualifications include NRSWA Supervisor, EFAW, IOSH/SMSTS, and SHEA (Power).

Qualifikationen

• SHEA (Power) certification required or in progress.
• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor) certification required or in progress.
• EFAW certification preferred or required.
• IOSH or SMSTS preferred.
• Trench Support/Deep Excavation experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise delivery teams during excavation, backfill, reinstatement and site completion.
• Disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information and RAMS, briefing the team leader on responsibilities to ensure compliance with CDM and ENW standards.
• Manage opening/closing of street works permits under NRSWA and traffic management/permit conditions.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
• Record daily measures of works for weekly payments and carry out toolbox talks with site personnel.
