Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to lead on-site ENW contract activities in Dukinfield. You will supervise teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure work is delivered safely and to the client’s requirements.

The role requires knowledge of power networks, on-site engineering solutions, and close collaboration with scheduling and HSEQ to meet KPIs. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NRWSA supervisory level qualification or equivalent.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of each workstream from receipt to job completion.
• Supervise jointing activities and manage turnkey projects with sub-contractors and direct labour.
• Coordinate with client technicians and team managers and other major stakeholders.
• Understand backfill and reinstatement processes and procedures.
• Provide regular daily/weekly reports and ensure service levels are met.
• Contribute proactive solutions and adapt to changes while maintaining safety.
