Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead planned retrofit works across Hereford and Ledbury for tenanted social housing properties. The role focuses on external refurbishment including cladding, with responsibility for safety, quality, cost control and programme delivery.

You will manage a site team, liaise with the client, and drive projects on time and within budget while maintaining a strong health and safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering similar external refurbishment projects (tenanted properties).
• Ability to manage health and safety standards on site and drive continuous improvement.
