Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a major structural refurbishment project in Plymouth. You will drive on-site activity, manage health and safety, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality completion.

Working with a Tier 1 contractor, you will oversee complex structural works, logistics, and site team performance with an emphasis on robust safety standards. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on structural refurbishment sites.
• Track record as Site Manager on complex structural refurbishments (heavy temporary works, alterations, demolition, core removals).
• Experience on large-scale, high-value commercial sites with Tier 1/2 contractors.
• Credentials: SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid.
• Availability: ready for an immediate start (or very short notice).

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day on-site delivery, ensuring schedule and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage health and safety on site.
• Oversee daily logistics and site support activities.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship for complex structural works.
