Job summary

Randstad CPE on behalf of a privately owned, multi-billion-pound Tier 1 main contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on a complex commercial office refurbishment in Plymouth. Immediate start, with an excellent package including car allowance and bonus.

The role requires proven cut & carve refurbishment experience, strong health and safety leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors to deliver high-spec finishes on a large-scale project.

Qualifications

• Experience on structural refurbishment sites.
• Proven cut & carve refurbishment experience on complex projects.
• Background with Tier 1/2 main contractors on large commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• On-site leadership of day-to-day delivery, coordinating health and safety and subcontractors.
• Ensure high-quality execution of structural works and services integration.
• Oversee logistics and site welfare to meet project deadlines.
