Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a £10 million new-build care home project near Slough. You will lead the on-site team, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.

Demolition and groundworks start soon, with a 12-month build programme and regular involvement from the Contracts Manager and design team. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering new-build care homes or multi-room projects.
• Proven ability to take a project from groundworks to handover.
• Full UK driving licence and relevant site qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from demolition/groundworks to final handover.
• Manage site team, subcontractors and on-site activities.
• Plan and coordinate works to maintain programme.
• Produce short-term programmes and track key dates.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager, QS and design team.
• Chair site meetings and progress reviews.
• Review drawings and resolve design/buildability issues.
• Maintain health, safety, quality checks and snagging.
• Keep clear site records and progress reports.
• Build strong client relationships and oversee commissioning.
