Job summary

Bimplus, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £10 million new-build school near Chippenham, Wiltshire.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery, and coordinate site logistics on a high-profile education project with long-term opportunities.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are preferred; strong communication and organisational skills are essential to drive delivery through to handover.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor projects.
• Strong track record delivering new-build construction.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and site teams to programme deadlines.
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate site logistics, materials and resources.
• Maintain records and report progress to the Project Manager.
