Zusammenfassung

MWH Treatment is seeking a Site Manager to lead a site team from Horton Kirby, reporting to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager. You will coordinate all operational activities, ensuring HSQE compliance, programme delivery and budget adherence on projects in the Water/Waste Water sector.

You will mentor the site team, manage resources efficiently, prepare and update schemes and risk assessments, and ensure proper handover records for the Health and Safety File upon completion of schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management Qualifications
• Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
• CSCS Site Manager (Min)
• First Aid at Work
• Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry

Aufgaben

• Lead and direct the site team to coordinate safe management of all operational activities on projects
• Ensure works are undertaken with due regard to local population and travelling public
• Mentor and develop the site team and promote efficient resource use
• Develop and review realistic scheme programmes
• Prepare, review and brief method statements and risk assessments
• Provide 'as constructed' records to the CDMC for Health and Safety File after scheme completion
• Attend training related to Site management duties as required
