Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on multiple infrastructure projects within the Anglian Water region. You will manage the on-site team, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Reporting to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will drive HSQE compliance, monitor progress against the programme and budgets, and support handover readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects, £20m+ value.
• Strong leadership and site delivery skills.
• Solid knowledge of HSQE standards on live sites.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities in line with construction programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, resources and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Review RAMS and approve expenditures per governance.
• Support programme, cost reporting and risk management.
• Work with Anglian Water staff for asset transition.
• Lead and develop site team and maintain stakeholder relationships.
