MWH Treatment is seeking a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager to lead a site in the Hampshire area. You will report to the Project Manager and direct the site team to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project execution, with a focus on HSQE compliance and accurate records.

The role requires extensive site supervision experience in civil/utility works, strong people management, and the ability to manage resources cost-effectively while maintaining programme milestones.

Qualifications

• IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate is required.
• CSCS Site Manager (Min) is required.
• First Aid at Work is required.
• Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the site team to coordinate safe management of all operational activities.
• Report to the Project Manager and ensure HSQE, programme and budget requirements are met.
• Ensure works consider the needs of local population and travelling public.
• Mentor the site team; promote cost-conscious management of resources.
• Prepare, review and update realistic scheme programmes.
• Prepare, review, and brief method statements and risk assessments.
• Provide 'as constructed' records to the CDMC after scheme completion.
• Attend site management training and related courses as required.
