Job summary

MWH Treatment in Horton Kirby is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team and manage all operational activities in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. You will report to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager and ensure HSQE, programme and budget requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include mentoring the site team, maintaining realistic programmes, and ensuring proper method statements, risk assessments, and 'as constructed' records are completed and handed to the CDMC

Qualifications

Required civil engineering/site management qualifications.
IOSH or Construction Manager Safety Certificate.
CSCS Site Manager (Min).
First Aid at Work.
Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the site team to coordinate the safe management of all activities on projects.
Manage, supervise and mentor the site team to deliver objectives.
Adopt cost-conscious management through efficient use of resources.
Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated.
Prepare, review, brief and update method statements and risk assessments.
Provide 'as constructed' records to the CDMC for the Health and Safety File on scheme completion.
Attend training related to Site management duties as required (appointed person, temporary works, etc.).
