Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Site Manager for site-based work at Liss. The role reports to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager and focuses on leading the site team to ensure safe, on-schedule, and within-budget operations.

You will coordinate HSQE requirements, manage resources, and ensure accurate records are maintained for project closure. Relevant civil engineering/site management qualifications and safety certifications are essential.

Qualifications

Recognised civil engineering/site management qualifications
Health, Safety and Environmental Management certifications (IOSH or Construction Manager Safety Certificate)
CSCS Site Manager (Min)
First Aid at Work - Water/Waste Water treatment industry experience

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the site team to coordinate the safe management of all operational activities on the projects.
Ensure HSQE, programme and budget requirements are met.
Maintain realistic scheme programmes and review/update them.
Prepare, review, and update method statements and risk assessments.
Provide as-constructed records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File.
Attend training for Site management duties including appointed person and temporary works as required
